Imunify Anti-Malware
Overview
Each Cito server has ImunifyAV anti-malware protection installed. We use this to keep Cito sites free of malware infections by running daily scans. These scans take place at 4am.
In general, ImunifyAV is set-and-forget; unless malware is detected, you won't need to log in at all.
The Cito homepage shows you the status of Imunify. You can also start a scan from this page. We'll tell you the date of the last scan, and if malware is detected, a notification will appear.
Logging in
Click "Imunify Dashboard" on the Cito homepage.
To log in, use your admin
username and password. The "Malware scanner" tab will list each user and the results of the latest scan.
If malware is detected we'll send an email to your account contact in the Client Area portal.
Automatic Cleanup
Cito comes pre-installed with ImunifyAV, which provides detection and alerting of malware infections.
We also support Imunify360, which is a paid upgrade that provides:
- Automatic malware detection and cleanup.
- Proactive Defence, which can detect and prevent malicious PHP execution in real time.
